21 Dec 2016 : Ello welcomes Michael Simpson back to The Millbank
Michael Simpson has returned to The Millbank Linnets Stadium - signing for the club for a third time.
Manager Michael Ellison welcomed back Simpson after the versatile player completed his move from Prescot Cables of the Evo-Stik League.
Ellison said:"Simmo is a player the club knows well from his two previous spells with us and I am delighted to see him back. He was part of the team which helped us to victory in the League Challenge Cup final.
"He is another quality player who can operate equally effectively in different positions - either at right back or in central midfield - and that is always helpful. He brings a lot of energy to the side and has the ability to chip in with important goals. I have no doubt Simmo will be just as effective for us this time around as he has in the past."
