03 Apr 2011 : Jason Maddock awarded Manager Of The Month

Reserves manager Jay Maddock has been awarded the Carlsberg West Cheshire League Manager Of The Month Award for the second time, for his teams efforts in March, having previously won the award in September. The Reserves won all of their six league games, scoring 26 and only conceding 5 goals. The award is a fitting accolade for Jay, and the efforts of Bob Wilson, Simon Archer and all the Reserves players who sit proudly at the top of their division. Although they have a difficult schedule in April with many games to fit in, The Reserves know that to keep on winning is the only way to finish their league campaign promoted as Champions, which along with their apprearance in the Complete Focus Shield Final in May would signal a remarkable first season for the team. Jay is "extremely proud" to win this award for the second time, well done!!!!
