The Runcorn Linnets Trust Annual General Meeting is to be held at the Millbank Linnets Stadium clubhouse on Thursday, December 9th at 7:30pm. The AGM will cover the usual business of the Chairman's Report, the presentation of the accounts, and the Board election results. It will also include a resolution that the Trust dispenses with the requirement to undertake a full professional audit for the financial year ending 30th June 2011 and following years.

The election process is underway, and anybody wishing to nominate themselves for the Board must be a Trust member and needs to complete a nomination form. Nomination forms must reach the Trust Secretary by the 15th November, and are available online from the club's website, from the club shop on match-days, and by post (please send a SAE to Runcorn Linnets FC, PO Box 268, Runcorn, WA7 5WQ), and should be returned to:

Please note, in order to participate in the vote, members must have joined the Trust at least 21 days prior to the AGM, which means that new memberships must be in by the 18th November.
