Due to family commitments, Tony Waddington has tendered his resignation and stepped down from the Board today. The club would like to thank Tony for his efforts over the last few years, and wish him well for the future.

We can confirm today that new manager Paul McNally has appointed Dave Hughes, former Atherton L.R. boss, as his assistant manager. Dave brings a wealth of NWCFL experience to the Linnets, and everybody at the club would like to welcome him.

04 Sep 2010 : Paul Ramsden takes on Trust Secretary role

Paul Ramsden has taken on the Trust Secretary role. This means that he has had to step down from the Trust Board, as the two positions are mutually exclusive. Paul takes over from previous Trust Secretary Rob Ellison, who we'd like to thank for his efforts.

The role of Trust Secretary is not an elected position, it is an appointment that is made by the Trust Board. Paul will continue to perform his duties with regard to merchandise.
