07 Nov 2009 : Paul Fildes Update

Paul suffered a knock to the head in today's match with the Bootle 'keeper, and after having blurred vision and feeling sick he was taken to Leighton Hospital by ambulance. The good news is that after some routine tests Paul has been allowed home. He has a small bump on his head, but apart from that he's fine.

It was also nice to see Tony Roscoe at the match today, who is obviously progressing well with his broken leg. We'd like to wish him well with his continued recovery, and look forward to him pulling on a yellow jersey soon.
