Chris Price has been removed from the transfer list after being placed on it in mid December. Chris was put on the list following a disciplinary problem, but has since apologised to those concerned, and the matter is now considered closed. Contrary to what may have been reported elsewhere, there was no threat of any "tribunal" leading to Price's reinstatement.

The Droylsden match has been called off due to a frozen pitch.

Due to snowy conditions, Whitby cannot travel to Widnes for the game today.

Chris Price, who signed in the 2000/2001 season, previously with Morecambe and Marine, has been placed on the transfer list, along with John McAllister who progressed through the Reserve Ranks.

A new procedure will be adopted for the Whitby game on the 22nd December. The referee will indicate to the home bench how many minutes will be added on for injury time. Someone will hold a board up, and an announcement made over the loud speaker.
