Runcorn Linnets manager Michael Ellison is thrilled to have further strengthened his back room team with the acquisition of a goalkeeper coach.

Johnny Moorhouse joins us from Hallmark Security League club Squires Gate.

He is an FA licensed coach and FA licensed talent ID scout.

21 Dec 2018 : Update from our Annual General Meeting

At last night's AGM of Runcorn Linnets FC Limited, it was announced that with seven valid nominations having been received for six Trust Board vacancies in the 2018 rotation and one of these having subsequently been withdrawn, the following have been elected to serve for two years:

Mike Bignall, Josh Christian, Hedley Edwards, Daz Law, Steve Pritchard, Jon Urquhart.

Congratulations and best wishes to the six candidates.

It was also confirmed that John Pickering, having resigned from the board, did not seek re-election while co-opted board member James Charlton had also resigned. Thanks were extended to John and James.

Chairman Mike Bignall announced that former long-serving board member Mark Buckley, club chairman in our title-winning season, has been appointed a vice-president of Runcorn Linnets. Mark will also take on a new role of assistant Trust secretary.

20 Dec 2018 : Skelmersdale home game brought forward to Saturday. December 29th

The EVO-STIK League has approved the switch of our Division One West home fixture against Skelmersdale United to Saturday, December 29th, following agreement between the two clubs.

It will be a 3pm kick off at The Millbank Linnets Stadium.

The game was originally scheduled for New Year's Day.
